Cancellation Policy

At Musafirs, we understand plans can change. Cancellations must be shared in writing on WhatsApp or email so our Panchkula team can process them against the booking invoice.

Refund schedule

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of the trip amount paid (excluding non-refundable third-party costs already locked).
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the trip amount paid.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the trip amount paid.
• Within 7 days of departure / no-show: No refund.

Booking advances and festival / peak-season holds may follow a tighter window and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Any hotel, transport, or permit costs already paid to partners are deducted from refunds where they cannot be recovered.

Rescheduling to another Musafirs batch is preferred whenever seats allow, and is handled case by case by your trip captain coordinator.
